That's why we offer 10 different styles of units find whatever you're most comfortable with. For those who value the fellowship of neighbors, the convenience of on-site dining, library and activities, plus an indoor connecting link to our Healthcare Center, the 150-unit apartment complex will have the most appeal. Everything's right at your fingertips and available at your leisure. Like to catch a classic movie on a rainy Saturday night? There's one playing down the hall right now.
If you'd like to maintain a neighborhood lifestyle, there's no better place than in a StoneRidge Garden Home or Cottage nestled along scenic and peaceful Cottage Drive. Garden Homes are smaller one-bedroom cottages sans garages. It's the feel of a cottage combined with the affordability of an apartment unit.
Cottage life is just like classic neighborhood living, but without all the work. No more mowing grass, pruning shrubs, raking leaves or shoveling snow. And, just like in the apartment complex, we do the cleaning once a week, too. Don't want to completely give up dirt under your fingernails? Curious how a bed of impatiens, fountain grass and black-eyed Susan's would look out front? Be our guest it's your home!
APARTMENTS
Apartment living that offers something for everyone. Like a little extra space and the idea of sipping morning coffee on a bright balcony while watching the birds frolic in the nearby dogwood trees? Then you'll want to consider the 1,017 square-foot Taylor model. Simply want an affordable one-bedroom unit with enough room to host your bridge group now and then? Our 544 square-foot Lewis sounds like you.
There are 7 different apartment models in all, 5 one-bedroom styles, and 2 two-bedroom. You'll pay no utility or tax bills; everything you need is included in your monthly maintenance fee with the exception of local telephone service see below for details.
All apartments feature:
Separate heat/air conditioning units* in each room
Electric range, refrigerator and in-sink garbage disposal*
Hot water heater*
Cable TV and telephone** outlets in both the living room and bedrooms
Included basic Comcast® cable TV service
Window sheers
Wall-to-wall carpeting of living areas
Ample closet space
Storage cage for seasonal items
Nearby laundry facilities for personal items
Emergency pull-cord in all bedrooms and bathrooms***

FLOOR PLANS
StoneRidge apartment floor plans 7 different models ranging in various sizes from 439 square-feet to 1,017 square-feet. One and two-bedroom models mean that whatever your needs are, we can accommodate you. All floor plans (except for the Douglas model of which there are only 3 in the complex) are here to review. From the smallest, Alcott, right up through the spacious Taylor, you'll find interesting nuances in each style. Like the extra storage walk-in closets provide? Take a look at the Conrad and Marshall styles. Long for a relaxing bubble bath now and then? Try the Browning. Eggs benedict in an eat-it kitchen area? Perfect in the Lewis.

Please note that two variations of the basic Marshall design exist.
In Version A, the smaller bathroom is located across a short hallway from the second (smaller) bedroom/den necessitating that one leave the bedroom/den and cross the hallway to access the bathroom.
In Version B, the smaller bathroom is directly adjacent to the smaller bedroom/den in the same manner as the master bed and bath.

COTTAGES and GARDEN HOMES

Love the idea of cottage living, but want the affordability of an apartment unit? No problem. A StoneRidge Garden Home is exactly what you've been looking for. It's a smaller version of our cottages with one-bedroom and no garage. Convenient parking is right outside your front door. And you can still enjoy the outdoors and beautiful landscaping on your very own patio. Garden Home residents enjoy most of the perks of cottage living without the price...
There are 2 Cottage models the Cottage I and Cottage II; and one Garden Home floor plan to choose from. You'll pay no utility or tax bills; everything you need is included in your monthly maintenance fee with the exception of local telephone service see below for details.
