Individuals wishing to pursue employment with ECC Retirement Village will go through the following application and interview process:

1. Interested persons must complete an application and/or submit a resume. Applications may be completed in the Human Resources office of the StoneRidge community, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Resumes may be faxed to 717-866-3285 or e-mailed to hr@eccrv.com.
2. Applications and/or resumes are reviewed by a member of the Human Resources Department or by a department director. Reference checks are completed for those who appear to be qualified candidates based on the information provided to us.
3. Upon completion of reference checks, qualified candidates will be contacted by a member of the Human Resources Department or by a department director for a brief phone screening.
4. A formal interview will be scheduled for those applicants who appear to meet the qualification of the position based upon the information gathered during the application, reference check, and telephone interview processes. Not all candidates may be qualified to proceed to the initial interview process. Assessments of the applicant's skills may be needed at this time or at anytime going forward.
5. A second interview and additional reference checks may be conducted at the discretion of the Company.
6. An offer of employment is extended.
